By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security or availability. The website provides general information about Linda Cunningham and its services.

Information on the website is not legal, financial, accounting or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made for your business.

Blog posts, articles, guides and other educational resources are provided for general information and education. They describe ideas, tools and working practices that may not suit every business. AI products and provider features change quickly, so information that was accurate when published may later become outdated.

Blog and educational content may be researched, drafted or edited with AI assistance. Linda Cunningham sets the editorial direction and reviews the content before publication. Where an article relies on external facts, research or statistics, we aim to identify or link to the relevant sources. Read our AI Use Disclosure for more detail.

You may read, quote and link to published articles for lawful purposes with clear attribution. You may not republish a complete article, present it as your own, use it to train or populate a competing product, or sell or distribute it without written permission.

Your personalised AI Brain (the Lead-to-Cash Brain) is your business knowledge, files and step-by-step skills, built by Linda for the jobs we agree and installed by you in your own ChatGPT or Claude account, on your own paid subscription, so that you can delegate agreed jobs to AI and stay in charge of the result. It is offered in the forms below. Prices are in Australian dollars. The $297 kit price includes GST.

You can book a free 15-minute call before buying to check whether a personalised AI Brain fits your business. Booking the call does not purchase anything or create an obligation to proceed.

AI Espresso sessions are one-hour live training sessions on Zoom. Each booking is $29 including GST, paid in full at booking through Stripe, and includes the take-home pack described on the session page (such as the skill, a step-by-step guide, the recording and the transcript). The date and time of each session are shown on its page and at checkout, in Sydney time.

Refunds. You can ask for a full refund up to 24 hours before the session starts. Email hello@lindacunningham.ai with your name and the session. After that point, if you cannot attend live, you still receive the recording and take-home pack. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, set out below.

First brief or your money back (AI Espresso | Dream Executive Assistant, 28 October 2026). If you follow the setup guide and your morning brief is not running, bring it to the free setup clinic on Wednesday 4 November 2026. If it is still not running after the clinic, email hello@lindacunningham.ai by Friday 13 November 2026 and we will refund your booking in full. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

After the session. The recording and take-home pack may be sold separately after the session at the price shown on the session page.

AI Context Kit bonus. Where a session page offers the AI Context Kit as a bonus, it is included free with your booking. It is self-guided: pre-recorded training and guided skills, sent to you by email, with no separate call. Its stated value is based on the price of comparable training products and courses we supply; it is not sold separately with the session and has no cash value.

Bring three friends.When three people book a session and name you in the “Referred by a friend? Who?” box at checkout, you receive a voucher for one free AI Espresso session, or $29 off another product such as the AI Brain. Vouchers are issued once the three bookings are paid, are valid for 90 days from issue, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Your take-home pack. The skill, guide, recording and transcript are licensed for use in your own business or household. You may adapt them for yourself, but you may not resell, republish or share them, or use them to train staff or clients as a paid service. They remain the copyright of Linter Pty Ltd trading as Linda Cunningham.

Recording. Sessions are recorded so that everyone who booked receives the recording. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera off and use a first name only. Questions you ask in the session may be included in the recording and transcript.

Payment is taken in full at purchase through our payment provider, Stripe. For the personalised AI Brain, after payment you will be shown a link to book your discovery call through our booking provider, Cal.com.

Personalised DIY kit. If you have installed your Brain and you cannot hand over the jobs we agreed on your playback and handover call, you can ask for a full refund of the $297 fee up to 14 days after that call.

Done-for-you. Refund terms are set out in your agreed scope for that work.

How to ask. Email hello@lindacunningham.aiwith your name and the jobs you cannot hand over. It costs you nothing to ask. We will refund approved requests through Stripe to the card or account you paid with, starting the refund within five business days; your bank's processing time is separate. You keep the roadmap and the training you have received.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. This refund promise is in addition to your other rights and remedies under the law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

• to cancel your service contract with us; and
• to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

Recording is part of how your Brain is delivered. Your calls are recorded so that you have a copy, and steps shown on screen are used to produce training material for your own kit. Because of this, your Brain cannot be provided without recording. If you do not agree to recording and tell us before your discovery call, we will refund you in full.

Recordings and materials about your business are not used in marketing or shared with anyone outside your engagement without your written permission. We may separately record our own working steps, with no client information on screen, to improve how we deliver our services and to train anyone who helps us deliver it. Our Privacy Policy explains where recordings are kept and for how long.

We may create de-identified and combined information from our work, such as which kinds of jobs owners delegate or patterns in how businesses show up to AI. We use it for analytics, improving our services, research and publishing insights. It never identifies you, your business or your customers, and we will not publish anything that could reasonably identify you without your written permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how this works.

Any work beyond the services described above, including further implementation, training or ongoing support, is a separate decision with its own written scope, timing and price. Where a separate proposal, statement of work or service agreement conflicts with these website terms, the specific written agreement for that engagement takes priority for that work.

The calculator on the personalised AI Brain page estimates what extra jobs a month would be worth in a year, from the figures you enter. It is arithmetic on your inputs, not a prediction or guarantee of what AI or your Brain will do, and it is not financial advice.

We use AI tools to assist with parts of our website, research, analysis, drafting and service delivery. Linda provides human direction and reviews client-facing work. Read our AI Use Disclosure for more detail.

Unless otherwise stated, original materials created for Linda Cunningham, including the Brain method, templates and installation guidance, belong to Linter Pty Ltd. You may use the kit and training delivered to you within your own business for as long as you like. You may not resell them, share them outside your business or use them to build a competing service. Rights in third-party materials remain with their owners.

Your plan and the parts of your kit written from your own business information are yours to keep and use. We may keep improving our general methods, templates and know-how from what we learn in delivering our services, but we never reuse your business information, your documents or your customers' information in anyone else's kit.

The website links to third-party booking, payment, social and community services. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party services. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them, including the ChatGPT or Claude account your Brain is installed in, and the automation tool you use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linter Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website, reliance on its general information, or the output of AI tools used in your business. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Our services are designed for Australian businesses, and we welcome buyers from other countries. If you buy from outside Australia, these terms and Australian dollar prices still apply, and any mandatory consumer rights you have under your own country's law are not affected.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We may update them when the website, services or legal requirements change. The current version and its last updated date will be published on this page. Changes do not affect a purchase you have already made.
