Licence for skills, guides and training materials

The skills, guides and recordings you get from me come from more than 20 years of delivering technology programs, running my own businesses, and a lot of testing to get AI to do real work reliably.

Use them. Change them to suit you. Use them to get your own work done and to serve your own clients. That is what they are for.

What I ask is simple: don't pass them on or sell them as your own. If you're unsure whether something is okay, just ask.

This licence covers the materials you receive from Linda Cunningham, including:

• skills and skill files for ChatGPT, Claude or other AI tools
• step-by-step guides and SOPs
• AI Espresso take-home packs, recordings and transcripts
• AI Context Kit materials, templates, prompts and checklists
• the files, folders and skills set up for you as part of an AI Brain

Each file may also carry a short licence note. Where it does, the note and this page work together.

The materials are the copyright of Linter Pty Ltd trading as Linda Cunningham, or used under licence from the people who created parts of them. Buying or receiving them gives you a licence to use them. It does not transfer ownership.

When you buy or are given these materials, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the version you received.

• It does not expire. Keep using the version you received for as long as you like.
• Updates are separate. Newer versions are provided while you are an active customer of the product that includes them, for example during your AI Brain support period or an active subscription. When that ends, you keep the version you have.

• Use the skills and guides in your own business or household.
• Change them to fit your business, your voice and your way of working.
• Use what they produce to do work for your own clients and customers.
• Mention that you use them, and share the results.
• Build your own systems around the ideas.

1. Share, send or upload the files, in whole or in part, to anyone outside your business or household, whether free or paid.
2. Resell or repackage them, alone or as part of your own course, training, membership, template library or product.
3. Use them to train staff, clients or students as a paid service, or present them as your own method in a course, training or published work.
4. Remove or change the copyright or licence notes in the files.
5. Use them to train, fine-tune or build a competing AI product, prompt library or skill collection.

Your team can use them inside your own business. Each separate business needs its own licence.

AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Read what it produces before you rely on it, send it or publish it. These materials are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax or medical advice.

We don't promise any particular business result. What you get depends on how you use the materials and on your business.

The materials run inside AI tools owned by other companies, such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google. They may change, charge for or withdraw features at any time, and that can affect how the materials work.

Nothing in this licence excludes, restricts or changes any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the law lets us limit our liability, it is limited to supplying the materials again or refunding what you paid for them.

If these terms are broken, we may end your licence to the materials concerned and take other steps the law allows. We would always rather talk first.

Most people are honest, and this page isn't aimed at you. It's here because the work in these materials is worth protecting. Use them freely, build your business with them, and don't pass off someone else's work as entirely your own.
