Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Linda Cunningham may collect, why it is used and the choices you have about your information.

Who we are

Linda Cunningham is a business name of Linter Pty Ltd, ABN 38 118 261 108, 83b Willow Glen Road, Kurrajong NSW, Australia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Linter Pty Ltd trading as Linda Cunningham.

For privacy questions or requests, email hello@lindacunningham.ai or phone 0412 006 062.

Information we collect

We collect information that you provide directly when you contact us, book a call, buy a personalised AI Brain or work with us. This can include:

  • your name, email address, phone number and business details;
  • information you provide when booking a call, making an enquiry or paying;
  • the business documents you choose to share with us for your plan;
  • recordings and transcripts of your calls with us; and
  • communications, feedback and support requests you send to us.

We agree on the discovery call which documents are needed. Please do not share sensitive information, or your customers' personal information, unless it has been requested and agreed.

We keep your contact details and a record of our work together in our customer database.

Public information about your business

When we build your plan, we also look at publicly available information about your business, such as your website, listings and reviews, and at how AI tools describe and recommend your business. To do this we enter your business name and other public details into AI assistants and search tools. We do not enter your private documents or your customers' information into those tools as part of this step.

Calculator information

The calculator on the personalised AI Brain page works in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to or stored by Linda Cunningham.

Documents you share

Documents for your plan, and your setup guides, go into a private Google Drive folder that we set up and control for you. Only you and Linda can see it. We use the documents to build your roadmap and kit, and for nothing else.

The folder and its contents are deleted six months after your last call with us. You can ask us to keep it longer, or to delete it sooner at any time, including straight after a refund.

Call recordings

Your discovery and playback and handover calls are held on Zoom and recorded, and may be recorded and transcribed with Plaud. Steps shown on screen are captured with Trupeer to produce training material for your own kit. Recording is part of how your Brain is delivered, so we cannot provide the service without it. We tell you before you buy, and we confirm your agreement at the start of each call. If you do not agree and tell us before your discovery call, we will refund you in full.

Recordings of your calls are shared with you and are not used for marketing or shown to anyone outside your engagement without your written permission. We keep our copy for six months after your last call, and then delete it. The copy we share with you is yours to keep. You can ask us to delete our copy sooner.

We may also record our own working steps, such as how a kit is assembled, to improve how we deliver our services and to train anyone who helps us deliver it. These recordings are made with no client information on screen. If any identifying detail is captured by mistake, we remove it or delete the recording.

Your AI account

Your Brain is installed by you in your own ChatGPT or Claude account, on your own subscription. The information your business puts into your Brain stays in that account, under your account and that provider's terms. Your Brain does not send it to us.

Your automation account (Activepieces)

The follow-ups you switch on, such as proposal follow-ups, invoice reminders and review requests, run on Activepieces (cloud.activepieces.com), an automation platform, or on an automation tool you already use, such as Zapier, Make or n8n. You create and own that account, under that provider's own privacy policy and terms.

To send a follow-up, the automation tool uses the details it needs, such as your customer's name, email address and the proposal or invoice it relates to, and sends from the email account you connect. That information sits in your automation account and your email account, not with us. We help you set it up; we do not log in to it or receive your customers' information from it unless you ask us to and agree what we can see.

Activepieces may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States or Europe. Check its privacy policy before you connect customer data, and connect only what your follow-ups need.

How we use AI tools with your information

Linda uses ChatGPT and Claude to assist with research, analysis and drafting while building your plan and Brain. To build your Brain, the documents you share and the transcripts of our calls are used in these tools, on paid business accounts set so your material is not used to train their models. We never put your customers' payment or bank details into them. Linda remains responsible for reviewing the work and explaining it to you. Read our AI Use Disclosure for more detail.

De-identified information and analytics

We create de-identified and combined information from our work, for example which kinds of jobs owners delegate, how long set-up takes, or patterns in how businesses show up to AI. We use this for analytics, improving our services, research and publishing insights, including in articles and reports.

De-identified means it no longer identifies you, your business or your customers, and cannot reasonably be used to work out who you are. We remove names, contact details and other identifying details before this use, combine results across businesses wherever we can, and do not try to re-identify anyone. We will not publish anything about your business that could reasonably identify you without your written permission.

Automated decisions

We do not currently use computer programs to make decisions about you that could significantly affect your rights or interests. If we introduce automated steps, such as qualifying enquiries, we will update this policy first to explain what is automated, what information it uses and how to ask a person to review it.

How we use information

We use information only where it is reasonably needed to:

  • respond to enquiries and manage calls;
  • build and deliver your plan, kit and training;
  • process payments, maintain business records and meet legal obligations;
  • communicate with you about the service you bought;
  • create the de-identified information described above; and
  • protect the website, our systems and the people who use them.

Emails from us

We send emails about the service you bought, such as booking details, receipts and delivery steps, as part of providing it. Customers also receive a monthly Brain updates email about changes in AI and what to update in their Brain; you can unsubscribe from it at any time.

We send marketing emails, such as news, offers and new articles, only if you opt in, for example by ticking the box when you buy. Every marketing email identifies us and includes an unsubscribe link, and we act on an unsubscribe within five business days. You can also unsubscribe by contacting us.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to run the business. At the date of this policy these include:

  • Vercel, for website hosting;
  • Cal.com, for bookings;
  • Stripe, for payments and refunds;
  • Google, for the shared document folder;
  • Zoom and Plaud, for calls, recordings and transcripts;
  • Trupeer, for on-screen step capture;
  • Resend, for sending email;
  • Supabase, for our customer database;
  • Activepieces, as the default automation platform for the follow-ups you run in your own account; and
  • OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Anthropic (Claude), for AI assistance with de-identified material.

These providers process information under their own privacy terms. Several of them store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers with appropriate security and use the privacy settings available to us.

We do not sell your personal information.

If you are outside Australia

Our business is based in Australia and we welcome clients from other countries. If you contact or buy from us from outside Australia, your information is handled in Australia and by the providers listed above, under this policy and Australian law.

Website data, cookies and external services

Our hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.

We use essential cookies so the website and checkout work. Our website statistics are anonymous and do not use cookies.

With your consent, we also use marketing cookies and pixels from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and LinkedIn. They tell those platforms that you visited our website, so we can measure our advertising and show you relevant ads later. Google Analytics also shows us, in summary, how visitors find and use our pages. These platforms handle that information under their own privacy policies. If you choose Reject, they are not loaded.

When you make a choice in our cookie banner, we keep a record of it: a random identifier, your choice, the date and time, the page and your country. We do not store your name, email or IP address with this record. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

If you follow a link to an external booking, payment, community or social platform, that service may use cookies and collect information under its own privacy policy.

Storage, security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including access controls and limiting who can see client material. No internet or storage system is completely secure. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you and take steps to limit the harm.

We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed to deliver the service, maintain required business records, meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Shared documents and recordings follow the six-month period described above. Payment and tax records are kept for at least five years, as Australian tax law requires. De-identified information may be kept indefinitely.

Your choices and requests

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep. Email hello@lindacunningham.ai and provide enough detail for us to identify your request. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Concerns and complaints

Please contact us first so we can investigate and respond. We aim to respond to a complaint within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, services or legal requirements change. The current version and its last updated date will be published on this page.
